libapt-inst2.0 software package provides deb package format runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapt-inst2.0
libapt-inst2.0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapt-inst2.0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapt-inst2.0 *
